Inspections
Why an RV inspection for a buyer?
“My new to me RV has a tear in the roof, which will cost $1000s to fix! I thought I had found a bargain…”
“We were so excited for our first RV trip with our new 5th wheel! We got to our site and then found our slide didn’t open.”
RV inspections are similar to house inspections. Before making a big purchase, don’t you want the safety net of knowing if all of the functions and appliances are working correctly? Would you like to know of any life safety issues before you promise your money? A RV inspection thoroughly observes the key details on the RV and tests the functionality of utilities and appliances. Some of the points include:
Are there any propane leaks? (Life safety issue)
Any potential intrusion of water?
Does the AC actually produce cold air?
What are the life safety, major, minor, and acceptable items?
You get a detailed report with 80 - 100 photos specifying the status of the RV, through a neutral viewpoint. The report can give you more information to give you an educated decision about your potential purchase. It also gives you a roadmap/guidance of which problems to fix first. You can use our document portal to create a bargaining document for the seller with a list of problems to fix for the sale to continue.
Why an RV inspection for a seller?
Would you like to know the key actions to take to have an interested buyer? How about knowing the condition of your RV, so you can price it accordingly? An RV inspection can help inform you in these areas, along with giving peace of mind to your customer.
